About me

I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Finance Department of the University of Luxembourg.

I completed my PhD in quantitative finance at Holger Kraft’s chair of asset pricing at the Goethe University Frankfurt in March 2025.

I am a financial economist working on asset pricing, household finance, and behavioral economics. Conducting both empirical and theoretical research, I am keen on better understanding how external shocks can shape investment decisions and asset prices. In my latest research, I focus on the interplay between inflation, monetary policy, and asset prices and analyze how macroeconomic shocks are priced on financial markets. Besides, I am studying the impact of energy crises and climate risks on households’ housing, investment, and consumption decisions in a life-cycle context. To answer my research questions, I also employ methods from actuarial science.
